The 'Piranha' is what most kids I knew called M.U.S.C.L.E. #161 back in the day. His actual name in the Kinnikuman comics is 'Atlantis', and is a Devil Chojin with incredibly powerful water attacks.
I personally called him 'The Amazon'.. after my favorite character from the NES 8 bit game 'Pro Wrestling'..
