M.U.S.C.L.E. #205. Never knew what this guy's deal was.. but he reminded us of 'The Incredible Hulk' with those tight tattered pants he wore, along with that mean looking scowl, so we called him 'Hulk'. I guess we weren't too far off the mark, as his name is 'Powerful Man' in the Kinnikuman comics. It kind of sounds like how the Hulk would describe himself. "I'M POWERFUL MAN.. POWERFUL MAN SMASH!"
