M.U.S.C.L.E. #226. We always thought this guy was some sort or Mummy as kids. He is known as 'Ramenman' in the Kinnikuman comics. I believe this bandaged version has to do with a story arc where he gets injured pretty badly. He comes back with a mask that revives him from a comatose state and then assumes the identity of 'Mongolman'.
