We used to call this fellow 'The Michelin Man' or 'Inner Tube Guy'. We had no idea he was actually a 'Spring Chojin'. His name is 'Springman' in the Kinnikuman comics and anime. He can bounce around with ease, and constrict opponents like a snake.
