M.U.S.C.L.E. #12 is a figure we didn't have to use too much imagination in naming, as his moniker 'Oil Man' is scrawled across his chest. This was my son's favorite M.U.S.C.L.E. in the 90s when I first introduced him to the toy line, calling him 'Oil Can Harry'.
